I bought my son a bottle of Joop! when it was first introduced because my best friend's husband wore it and I really liked it.
My son liked it too, and I wasn't surprised that he got compliments on it when we went out. He likes Burberry Touch better - I like that also, but I still love to open his closet door and smell Joop!.
One thing that drives me insane is when people pronounce it the way it is spelled! The manufacturer put on the BOX that is was pronounced "yope" , NOT "jupe".
I have worn the women's Joop! and I really like it, but people have commented to me that the tobacco note in it is strong.
It is a stronger scent and not for everyone. I would suggest trying it before buying it as a gift.
