This product is AMAZING for sore muscles!! We used to use a Mustard bath soad and they discontinued it, probably because it doesn't smell the best but the results are awesome so I'm very grateful I found this!!! It is a MUST HAVE for anyone that may have sore muscles and is also good if you have a cold to make you feel better. :)
