I've used this product for a long time now, ever since my facial hair lost color as I aged. Its instructions are clear, though it took me a couple of tries before I realized that applying it for shorter periods of time at first gives a better color in the long run. Also my hairdresser strongly recommended shampooing my beard/mustache first to get rid of oils, then the color takes better. It is easy to use, doesn't take long, has not been irritating, and the color lasts well. Bit of a learning curve at first but worth it.

My husband uses this color (Ash Brown) faithfully on his mustache and eyebrows. He has gray/dark brown hair on his head and his beard was red/blonde/brown but now white/gray. My esthetician moved away so he suggested I try this on my white-blonde eyebrows. I have natural dark ash blonde hair. It looks great on both of us! It doesn't make every hair the same color so it looks very natural. My hair stylist is amazed by how great it looks. I never had any color on my eyebrows but you need it as you get older. It does not run and I'm very careful when I apply. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't affect it. As with any hair color product, follow the patch test to make sure you don't have a reaction.

Very neutral. Covers the white just enough to take 5 or 10 years off. This is the only color (even for darker hair) that doesn't look phony. I even smear it on my head when about 3 minutes are left to process. Just for mens light brown and similar colors have red in them and look like the typical bad dye job. But this is natural looking. 5 to 6 minutes on a moustache is about right. No artificial looking black or red color; just dulls out the white. Very hard to find this color stocked. People who market these dyes are totally "in the dark" on this. And I know...my mom's hair was a different color every week - so I'm "genetically engineered" when it comes to hair dye.

Excellent product for those with light brown hair and mixed gray on their head. If you don't feel the need to eliminate all gray from head to beard, this is the ticket. Very natural. Don't leave it in long enough for a 5 week darkening, it will look artificial. Once every 10 days, it will not be noticed by anyone. If you want a six week hair color product, good luck, unless you hair grows at the rate of a Redwood tree.
