You just have to rub the product on. But don't take much as it has a tingling effect. Those who like the smell of mint its good for them. I found nothing great about it. Try the durex brand, it will help better than this.

This is incredible stuff - we both LOVE the tingling, warming effect, and the minty taste of the gel. It is a little numbing, but in a pleasant way! Use sparing though...it definitely heats up, and overuse can be a little hard to handle - I recommend this!!

I would only recommend this "Pleasure Balm" if you're into 1) eating overwhelming minty toothpaste gel, 2) numbness, and 3) pain. Some dripped onto my partner's genital area and sent him running to the nearest cold water source!

Terrible stuff. Regardless of the amount used, this product produced a very unpleasant burning sensation for my husband and numbed me completely. Neither of us could enjoy it. Because of the mint flavoring, we assumed it could also be used for oral sex, but it makes your mouth as numb as if you went to the dentist. I would not recommend this product to anyone who isn't getting a novocaine injection at the site of application.

The cool sensation is nice, but as a woman I don't like the numbing feeling. I love to feel all the feeling and release was very difficult when my sensitive areas were numb. Sorry, but I could not recommend it for either partner because if it numbs him then he numbs me.
