very tasty. very crunchy. they ARE hard & brittle so its not pretty. i certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone with dental issues... seriously. but they taste great and have quickly become my go-to snack.

My favorite of all the TLC bars. Roasted Almond has a true roasted almond flavor, naturally sweet tasting. I like to smash the bars up up inside the package and use it as a pre-portioned serving of granola. My favorite is to sprinkle it over yogurt, but it also makes an excellent breakfast cereal--just add milk! One of these bars also makes a satisfying cookie substitute when you're craving something after dinner.

I use this every morning with a cup of coffee. It is so delicious and crunchy and curbs my appetite until lunch. I actually look forward to have it every morning.

You can't go wrong with Kashi! These are crunchy and may even be a little tough for some folks, but I love them.

This is my favorite snack, and I cannot find it in any stores. Fortunately, I found it on Drugstore.com. Not only is it easy and convenient, but also great price!
