I've tried quite a few bars and none tasted as good as this one. It's almost not sweet at all which is great if you don't really want a sweet treat. The almonds/dark chocolate combo is really awesome! With only 3.5g of fat, 4g of fiber, 6g of protein and 130cal. it really is "good for you".

I tried these at work and found them to be pretty good. I am not a fan of energy/granola bars. It they taste good they are usually really high in calories and full of sugar (or, even worse, High Fructose Corn Syrup). If they are more healthy, they taste like they are made of tree bark, cardboard and styrofoam. These are healthy and are also not bad tasting – not too sweet and not too cardboard-y. I like the combination of dark chocolate and coffee. I travel for my job so these are easy to pack without the worry of crushing them.

Could be a little more filling, but great for on-the-go or to stash in your bag for when you need something to give you a boost. Made with coffee extract, have an apple with it and you should be relatively caffeinated (maybe a cup of green tea would do you good too). Not actually sure if coffee extract contains caffeine.

This is by far my favorite Kashi bar. I usually eat one for breakfast, but it's also a great snack. Not too sweet, and really tasty. I used to buy a large variety of bars and keep switching it up so I wouldn't get bored, but since I found this one I've just been eating the same bar every day and haven't gotten tired of it yet.

I love this bar for a snack on the go. Tastes terrific, only 2 points for those on Weight Watchers and deeelicious! The one con is that it is not high in calcium or any other vitamins/minerals, but it is a great pick me up mid-afternoon.
