It took me a while to find a true healthy (breakfast or otherwise) snack. Almost all, especially those by Quaker (shame on them), are really just candy bars with fancy labels loaded with artificial stuff, trans fat, high sugar, or worse, corn syrups.
I’d eat these based just on the label alone, and yet, they taste great!, and have a shelf life of about a year. I now buy 3 boxes at a time.

I was disapointed because I generally really like Kashi products. They have a really sticky texture, more chewy than cruchy. Just a preference but I prefer a criper bar.

On my first time ordering these, I thought they were absolutely yummy. Yummier than expected for a green and natural product. The texture was crunchy and chewy, and the raisins were plump and sweet. Try them. You'll love them.
