Tasty snack
Tasty crackers. I feel they're fairly dense in comparison to other crackers, which is exactly what I want. I feel like I'm actually eating something, rather than just crunching. These are good both with soup or a cheeseball, or just by themselves. They have enough subtle flavor of their own that you can sit and savor them as a stand-alone snack--they don't require a dip or spread.

Very tasty, but don't know if they're healthy or not. First ingredient is wheat flour -- not WHOLE wheat flour -- and Kashi declines to tell me what percentage of the flour they use to make these crackers is wheat flour and what percentage is WHOLE GRAIN flour (second ingredient). Low fat, some fiber so they're better than lots of snacks, but AllBran crackers are the only ones I can find with the first ingredient listed as WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR.

When I was a kid, one of my aunt's tricked me into trying a Milkbone dog biscuit. She told me she ate them all the time! So, I bit into it and I was met with roaring laughter from my family, who couldn't believe, even at my tender age, how gullible I was. When I tried these crackers, I had flashbacks of that event.
I like food that has an earthy, grainy flavor, be it crackers or cereal or whatever. These, however, push those limits. I really can't get it out of my head that they taste like dog biscuits.

I was expecting healthier-than-usual wheat thins when I bought these. And the truth is they are very healthy and they are wheat crackers, but the taste blew me away. They have so much flavor that I truly enjoy snacking on them - I don't feel like I'm giving up taste in order to snack healthy. Kashi is a wonderful company, and I think this is one of my favorite of their products so far!

I really like these crackers, they taste really good. But I hate how the grains get stuck on my back teeth (gross I know). As long as you have a big glass of water around you will be fine. Its hard to stop eatting them even though that happens.
