I have been using this shampoo for years. It is totally worth the price because it prolongs the time in between haircuts by keeping my hair from getting split ends so quickly. I've never been a fan of the fragrance, and there are a lot of petrochemicals and parabens in the formula, which I'd prefer there not be, but it works well and I love how it cares for my hair.

My hair changed instantaneously after using this shampoo. It's softer, yet it does not weigh down my hair. Overall, my hair appears to be healthier.

This shampoo is excellent -- just make sure you have the right "number" for your hair type. The first bottle I used was No. 2. I have very thick coarse hair, and after about three shampoos, my hair smelled terrific, but it felt greasy and was sort of clumpy. I changed to No. 1 and it is perfect. My hair looks good and healthy, even though I blow it dry every day. This is the best shampoo I have ever used.

I have fine slightly wavy (mostly straight) hair, that falls about four inches below my shoulders, which I wash every other day. Yes, this shampoo is pricy, but nothing else has ever made my hair as shiny with such good texture as this does. My hair moves well, and falls into place. I blow it dry slightly under with a round brush and it keeps its shape without falling flat.

This shampoo certainly didn't live up to the hype for me. I don't have sensitive skin and am not allergy-prone, but after using this shampoo, I developed hives on my neck and on the sides of my face. It also made my hair puff out with frizz. Yikes!

Since starting to use this shampoo and conditioner, my hair feels like it does when I leave the salon every day. Several people have commented on how healthy my hair looks. It's expensive but you don't have to use a lot and it's DEFINITELY worth it.

This was first used in a salon on my hair and I could not wait to buy it. Totally transforming from dry to shiny. I want to get their conditioner next but so many products in the line to choose from!
I seem to have to add more product than the initial amount to get it to lather well with my longish, thick hair, but once I do and add water, it does lather nicely.

I have used both Keratase Bain Satin Nutrition #1 and #2 and I have very fine hair that gets dry due to living in the desert and highlighting. Both shampoos have made such a difference in my hair and I love how it feels and looks after using. My hair is silky, shiny and not weighed down in the slightest which happens with many other products. Highly recommend and you need very little of this shampoo so a bottle lasts quite a long time. Worth every cent!

This stuff is UNBELIEVEABLE!!! It leaves my shoulder length hair gorgeous and soft and shiny...I could do a commercial for shampoo (and usually I look like a frizzy, fried mess...my hair is really damaged and very highlighted). I might never buy another shampoo again for as long as I live.
