I have fine hair that is processed and aging. My hair became more fragile as I got older and found that although I have an oily scalp, my ends dry out without a lot of moisturizing products. Although my regiment isn't perfect and always in a state of WIP.. I would give this shampoo a two thumbs up for giving shine back to my aging hair while not drying the ends out and cleansing my scalp appropriately. I wash my hair every 2-3 days. For a conditioner I use Kerastase Nutritive masquitense every other washing and only on the ends and damaged parts. I switch off with the Kerastase resistence age recharge. I also put a dime size amount of Kerastase resistence ciment thermique heat activated reconstructor onto the extremely sensitive parts of my hair before I blow dry/style. It sounds like a lot, but I like smooth, healthy looking hair so I do my best. I also take a Krill oil supplement and eat healthy.
