It is thick and rich and provides deep moisturization for dry skin, especially during the winter. My family suffers from very dry skin. This is the ONLY lotion that provides enough moisture and thickness to penetrate and moisturize our very dry skin. Some people may not like the heavy, greasy feel but it absorbs quickly and we love it! We have tried all the brands and nothing is like Keri. The others are too light, waxy and filmy. Keri truly moisturizes and penetrates the skin providing relief from tight, bumpy, chapped skin. If you have very dry skin, this is the lotion for you. I have tried the other versions of Keri and always go back to the Original. I believe they have some lighter feeling varities trying to please those who complain Keri is too greasy and heavy. But that is the sole reason I buy it because it is the only lotion I have found that has the thickness and heaviness we need. I hope they never discontinue the Original Keri. I would be devastated and DRY without it! Have checked several "T," "W," "K" and other popular drugstore/discount department store locations for it in the last couple of months and was excited to find it here. Best Uses Comments about Keri Daily Dry Skin Therapy, Original, 15 oz: Keri used to absorb well and not be greasy and be unscented (for example the samples received while in the hospital). I ordered the same product and am very displeased with it. It's like it just lays on top of the skin and feels greasy for most of the day. I also do not like the scent that has been added. Although, the scent is bearable on most of my body, I cannot stand the scent on my hands because it gets to close to my face. I bought the lotion in the first place because I wanted it for my hands. I used to use another unscented brand which is no longer available. Keri unscented lotion was the only other lotion that I could stand on my hands. Now it is not the same either so I have no lotion for my hands, the place I need it the most.
