KIND brand bars a bit expensive for me, so I always look for these on sale. I've bought other nutrition bars and other KIND bar flavors, but this is my favorite. When I pack it as a snack between meals, I feel that I'm giving myself a treat - a tasty treat that will sustain me until my next meal. Pros

The fact that this is a low-glycemic snack makes it great when keeping track of blood sugar levels. I found that it satisfied my desire to have a good snack with a lot of crunch but not too hard on the teeth such as many of the overbaked granola-type bars. A definite winner both for snack quality and nutrition! Pros

These are so delicious, and unlike a lot of snack bars, actually healthy. The sugar content is low and there are whole nuts and enough dark chocolate to make it yummy. I am trying all flavors of these bars and not a one I don't like but some just are better to me. The Peanut Butter & Chocolate, Almond & Coconut, Apple & Cinnamon, both Blueberry flavors along with these Chocolate and Sea Salt are at the top. But every single bar is so full of nuts, flavor and goodness...big yums every one of them! I eat a KIND Bar any time I feel like one!
