This is a great introduction to the KIND brand. This was my first purchase of KIND granola bars, after I saw them featured on The Today Show and were recommended by a nutritionist, and I am now a devotee. These are hands down the best granola bars I have ever had. I have tried a lot of them and it is hard to find good tasting ones under 200 calories per bar. The flavors are delicious, and have lots of fiber and protein to help you stay full longer.
Kind bars are a great snack; no dairy, delicious taste, and protein/good fats from the nuts. My favorite bars! I really like the mini bars as well, because they're lower in calories, but still delicious and enough good nutrition to satisfy hunger pangs.
A convenient size to take along for a snack. Delicious and nutritious; great variety of fruit & nut combinations. Not too sweet; chewy with a bit of crunch from the nuts. Liked the packaging. Does leave a sticky residue on the fingers --have a wipe handy. A bit pricey on the retail market, but discounts can be found online.
