I am budget-conscious and would not normally spend so much for a moisturizer (prior to using this I was a long-time oil of olay user). I use this because it works, my skin looks great for my age (I use their under-eye rescue cream as well) Even though it is very expensive, it seems to last a long time; several months at least. You do not have to use tons. All I can say is I can't do without it, and if I ever forget to put it on in the morning, I notice it right away - my skin 'cries out' for it! VS Most Liked Negative Review I don't get the hype -waste of money I just don't get the hype at all. It actually dries out my skin. It must be one of those products it works on some people, and doesn't work at all for other people - including myself. I suggest that you get a sample first (from Sephora) and try it out and if doesn't work to moisturize your skin with the sample, you probably won't see results at all. I actually did get the sample first but I made the mistake in thinking that the sample was not enough. As I was using the sample, i was thinking that perhaps it's because it's in a sample packet, some of the effect of the cream was gone. I needed my regular moisturizer on top of Kinerase cream. When I bought the whole tube of cream, I was excited to see how different it would be from the sample...but to my disappointment, it was exactly the same as the sample. I have been using the Kinerase cream for about 6 months now and my skin has not improved at all! I need another moisturizer on top of this cream because Kinerase actually dries out my skin. I will use up the whole tube so no one can say "you haven't tried it long enough" and plus I spent over $100, it would be a waste to just throw it out. As a cheap alternative, use CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, it's only $15. Reviewed by 62 customers Sort by 7/3/2010 (4 of 4 customers found this review helpful) I love this cream! Comments about Kinerase Cream, with 0.1% N6-furfuryladenine, 2.8 oz: I have used Kinerase cream for years and often cringe at the cost of a tube at the store (about[$]). The price on Drugstore.com is the best I've seen [...]This cream is fantastic! When I use it regularly, there is a noticeable difference in the texture and tone of my skin. It is smoother, plumper, and it just looks great. When I don't use it, my skin tends to look "older." Comments about Kinerase Cream, with 0.1% N6-furfuryladenine, 2.8 oz: I used the cream for about 2 years and loved the results but cringed each time I had to pay the price. After stopping using it for several months and applying a less expensive product, I began to notice the difference and the texture of my skin. I reordered and realize now that I'm worth the price. :-) Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (3 of 3 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Kinerase Cream, with 0.1% N6-furfuryladenine, 2.8 oz: Seems to work to clarify skin and even out skin/sun spots. It's a small bottle for the price, and I's like to use it longer to see more effects. Best Uses Comments about Kinerase Cream, with 0.1% N6-furfuryladenine, 2.8 oz: You only need about a pea sized amount for the entire face. I found it creamy and moisturizing without being greasy. Sinks in quickly. The finished look was quite matte. After about an hour, my face didn't feel quite as moisturized anymore. My complaint is that for this price, you should be moisturized all day long (like my unrefined shea butter does and for 1/10th of the cost). I definitely feel that this product is priced way too high for what it delivers. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (2 of 2 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful?
