This is a GREAT formula. Simple, fragrance-free, invisible look and feel, and very slightly conditions skin. My big complaint: why do we have to pay so much more for less? Shouldn't a formula with fewer ingredients and without fragrance cost less, not more? But still, one bottle of this lasts a long time, because it's a thin formula that spreads easily. And for now, there is nothing else like it, so I'll continue to get it. It's hypoallergenic, has few ingredients to cause reactions, and as another reviewer said, it gets a good rating on Environmental Working Group's cosmetic safety database site. It doesn't seem to work for intense, long days at high altitude type sun (I think zinc or titanium might be essential in those cases), but otherwise it's great. I put it on every day as soon as I get out of the shower. Good work, Kinesis!! Too bad other brands put all kinds of nonsense (green tea, soy, perfume) into their products. Kinesis got it right.

It is not sufficiently protective for my intense athletic activity, I got sunburned which is hard for me to do. The one pro is that it doesn't sting my eyes, not much anyway. But I shelled out lots of money looking for a good sport sunscreen that will not cause my face to break out, and this did not do the trick! I will not buy it again.
My husband and I used this sunscreen on our recent vacation in Hawaii and really liked it. We used a different, lotion sunscreen for our initial application and then brought this lightweight bottle with us to the beach for reapplication throughout the day. The product is super easy to apply with the spray and goes on completely clear. It is a little greasy at first, but it absorbs pretty well. It is also water resistant for 80 minutes which is nice for vacation use.
I bought this specifically because it was supposed to be hypoallergenic, as the product advertises and the reviews seemed to support. But the first time I tried it, it made my entire arm (the only place where I applied it) break out in an incredibly itchy, bumpy, red rash. It's like having poison oak - - so unpleasant!
Bottom line: don't buy this sunscreen if you tend to be sensitive to sunscreens. I don't, and still it gave me a terrible reaction. I've asked Drugstore.com if they will refund my $$.
Fragrance-free, sprays on, sculpted to easily and firmly grip, grease-less and effective are descriptors that few, if any, other products I could find completely fill the bill for my exact needs. It goes on smoothly and dries instantly giving my skin a pleasant sheen. Repeat applications are not a chore. It sells for much more at my dermatologist's office.
My child was going to a beach camp three hours a day this summer. I had good cream sunscreens, but I knew I would never get them on her every day in the morning rush. So I looked up spray sunscreens on the Environmental Working Group site, and this one was the best listed. It has worked well for its intended use, and has been easy to reapply as well on longer beach days. But I never managed to apply it in smooth long strokes as they do in the manufacturers video, only in short bursts. I often feel it necessary to spread it around with my hands afterwards. The nozzle also turns on its own, so it has to be readjusted to point the same direction as the ergonomic bottle. But these are minor complaints for a product that gets my kid and even my sunscreen-resistant husband to actually use it.
We've been using this for beach and pool visits. It's great for scalps and ears especially. It's a bit oily when you spray it, but it rubs in quite well. It is pricey, but I like it so much that I will definitely buy it again!
Hate wearing sunscreen - all are too heavy and greasy and nasty to apply. But this sunscreen is wonderful! No smell and oh so light! Don't know you have it on once its dry. And dries quickly! I can actually get ready for a run in half the time than when rubbing in heavy greasy lotions - and I can put on my running clothes without tugging and cursing about the nasty stickiness of lotions. No rash when I use this sunscreen! Only wish they made it available in higher SPFs too.

This is a safe and effective sunscreen with the convenience of a spray for those hard to reach places and/or when it's just easier to apply. It's fragrance free and although it feels wet and a bit greasy when you first apply it, it drys pretty quickly and then you can hardly tell you are wearing anything at all. It's sweat and water resistant which is another plus. This is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it maybe as a sunscreen for use primarily when you know you don't want to be greasy/sticky.
Spray liberally and evenly to all exposed areas 30 minutes before sun exposure. Goes on wet and will dry in 2 to 3 minutes. For face, spray on hands first, then apply. To increase protection re-apply every two hours or after swimming or exercise.
