After filling out the customer survey with my complaint about expired product. i was contacted (It took a few weeks)with a message to call a number. That number worked and I then received a prompt and efficient refund. I still can't comment on the product but am satisfied that I will not be charged for a product I could not use. Because of the follow through I will probably try this site again.

I researched for a good safe sunscreen. When I received this expensive product,from drugstore.com the expiration date was clearly marked and it was expired. I went to live chat, she was unable to help. She gave me a phone number that did not work. The email I sent has not been responded to.

This sunscreen stays on, lasts a long time, is not sticky or greasy. It is great in the sand because it doesn't make the sand stick to skin. All the kids love it and so do I.

After endless searching for a sunscreen product thats safe and effective I can finally stop. It's a spray so it goes on easy. No nano-particles, so no unknown health problems in the future.
Thank you Kinesys. Maybe other companys will see that if you can give us a safe product then so can they.

Great product that didn't break my child out like other "great" products. This product is WONDERFUL and natural! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a bit expensive. I would DEFINITELY recommend it to a friend, though! Thank you Kinesys!

When the kids are outside in their sandals for a long time, I worry about sunburned toes and tops of the feet. This is great to spray right on while they're wearing the sandals, even if their feet are sandy or dirty. Works well on other parts too. I only don't like to use this on the face (I prefer to use a sunscreen stick).

Apply outdoors -- otherwise it will make floors slippery if some spray misses the kid!

Rated #1 for ingredients that won't harm skin or endocrine system for kids. Goes on a little greasy but immediately soaks in to have no residue. It lasts 3-4 hours. We've used it for 2 years now. Love it!

I used this on my 5 year old daughter as we went hiking. Easy to apply, kid friendly, and works very effectively.

No sunburned kid=great product.

My son has very fair skin and is prone to eczema. Any sunscreen with alcohol in it really irritates his skin and is almost painful for him to use. I've been using Kinesys for almost two years now and have NO complaints. It offers excellent sun protection and he never complains when I put it on. It's lightweight with a mild fragrance. A little goes a long way too.
