I've been using the Azor since January and have to say I'm really pleased. I initially switched from Gillette for the cheaper refills. Took me about a week to get used to the new shave - but unlike the other reviewer, I did not experience any cuts... I'm finding that the blades cut clean and smooth on one pass. Not only are the refills cheaper, but the blades last longer - so ultimately I'm getting an equivalent shave at a lower cost - which makes me really happy with this product.

I bought this razor because of the cost of replacement cartridges however after the first use I got ingrown hairs on my chin, I went back to the mach3 and haven't had any more ingrown hairs, the blades are more expensive for mach3 but they are worth the cost, I even think mach3 is better than the fusion

I switched to this razor in december, and LOVE it. Not so sure why such a terrible review by another...but i find this razor to be entirely comparable to Mach3, etc etc. As such, a razor that does the same job for less $$ is A+ in my book. For the reviewer who says his face is now cut and bloody I wonder if he a) realizes one should use a shaving oil/cream/gel of some sort and to never "shave against the grain."use the proper tools (pre wash, prep, blades, etc) and you'll be good. test it out---its not the torture tool its made out to be. I will never go back to the more expensive brands.

This is such garbage. I thought it would be an improvement over the Mach3 or Fusion but nothing is further from the truth. It simply doesn't shave. One must shave the same spot ten times to get a close enough shave to even compare to a low level electric, it's that bad. Also, for this to do any cutting at all, one must press down with significant pressure which provides the associated irritation. My face is now bloody, red and burned. I should add that I used this with Cremo Cream shving cream which is very good. I pity anyone who uses this with ordinary shving cream or gel because this will skin them to the bone and not even cut a hair. Stay far away from this. The mach3, fusion and quattro are all far superior.
