I used to use sheseido's anessa, but I could only get it in asia and it was too expensive for daily use.
So, I decided to venture out to drugstore sunscreens.
I tried neutrogena first, but while it felt okay on my skin, i could not wear makeup over it because it would roll off my face and clump up with my foundation/tinted moisturizer like crazy.
Then, I had high hopes for this sunscreen after reading the reviews. unfortunately, this is a no for me.
Cons:
-Though I have dry skin, it still felt really heavy on my skin and it is so sticky!! It has been about 3 hours since I put it on this morning and it is still sticky.
-Impossible to wear makeup on top.

Pros:
-good protection
-size: I have used it for almost about a month for everyday, and i still have close to a full tube. So for the price, it will last you forever. (which is a con for me right now because i want to finish this up..)
-I think it is all natural..?
-moisturizing: while it is heavy and sticky, my face doesnt feel dry all day.

I am going to finish this tube, but will not purchase again.
I am using elta md daily sheer spf40 (which I also got from drugstore.com of course), and i love it!! it is the best one so far. and if you wait for the sale, it is not that much more than this one either.
However, don't get the tinted one. it is nothing like the original one.

I love this sunblock. It is not heavy nor greasy. It does not leave me with a ghostlike complexion. I use this right after Kiss My Face Ultra Moisturizer.

Great natural sunscreen with skin-compatible ingredients. Blends really well. I just wish this version was compatible for people with oily/ combination skin, because most of the time, it leaves a layer of shine on my face and can be a little greasy.

This sunscreen is more watery compared to the 30 spf (too rich anc creamy) and much easier to glide on the skin. It does still leave that oily feeling but it's not as sticky, it's more like a creamy feeling. I'm not sure which one is worst, but this 50 spf is much better than the 30 spf. On the face, it seems to absorb pretty well and when I put make up on, it doesn't have as much of a greasy shine as the 30 spf, even though it's still kinda shiny. Beware, it does sting your eyes, so I'm not too sure about water sports, cuz it can still drip from the foreheasd into the eyes. It's hard to tell if this product is sweatproof because it already feels like I've sweat when applying it on because of the richness of this product. I love that there are no parabens.

We are intense sunblock users in my house and have tried dozens of brands. Kiss My Face SPF 50 is the best. It is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave you looking like a ghost. Use it every day.
