Finally, I ran across the KMF line and fell in love. I love the softer texture as it goes on smoothly and really keeps my lips moisturized. It it my fave balm and I keep one on the nightstand, gym bag and my purse. This cranberry orange is the best cuz not all the flavors have the same texture. PERFECT! This used to be a very gentle, moisturizing lip balm. While they haven't changed the actual ingredients, it appears that they have increased significantly the amount of wax, and it no longer works as a lip balm. It is significantly harder than it used to be, and it just sits as a waxy film on the surface of your lips. They should have never changed it. I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they still have no clue why this happened. Now must search for a new brand, and a new product. Too bad. I recently realized I need to continue to wear sunscreen on my lips, so I purchased it again. To my surprise, the ingredients have changed and titanium dioxide is no longer an active ingredient. The listing on Drugstore.com is incorrect. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed, and will return the lip balm.
