Have bought this soap many times over the years and been quite happy, especially as a 1st floor/half bath kind of soap. I especially like it because my daughter with sensitive skin is able to use it without issue and loves the foam, but it's also great for adults, so I don't need to stock the bathroom with more than one soap.

However, the pump lasted for about a week (if that), before it started sticking in the down position. My daughter's frustration over not being able to get the soap out runs counter to my "wash your hands after you go to the bathroom," refrain. I plan to call KMF and see if this is common and if they are able to supply another pump.

My 2 year old son developed an aweful rash up the underside of his arm. I came to the conclusion that the hand soap we were using was the cause. We were using Method brand. I thought that was a safe product until I started researching the ingredients.
I went to drugstore.com and started researching their extensive selection of chemical free hand soaps. I learned that lavendar & camomile are beneficial for dry, sensitive skin. Within a week of switching to Kiss My Face my son's rash was gone. I was so relieved and we will use this soap from now on. Another thing I want to mention is that I LOVE the smell of this soap.

I read the other reviews about the strong scent, and I have to disagree. I find it mild and pleasant. I actually had to search harder to find this particular scent because I like it best of them all! I do need a moisturizer after use, but my face loves this soap better than the rest.

All of KMF's foaming soaps work really well and I love that they are already foamy which saves in water use. This lavendar/chamomile fragrance is definitely my least favorite. The grapefruit/bergamot and lemon/ginger scents are FABULOUS! This scent is fakey/semi-unpleasant. If you are trying to decide between the scents, skip the lavendar and go for the others. The others are 5 star soaps!

In general I really like the Kiss My Face foaming soaps, but this fragrance is not my favorite. It's really strong, but not in a good way. It does clean very nicely and without drying, but the floral notes are a bit too much.

I use this as a facial cleanser, and wanted to share that it works well to clear acne. I stopped using clearasil and only use this product now. For years I suffered with severe acne, and this product surprised me in that it cleared my skin and also made it soft and healed. A great product that I would give ten stars to if I could.

Pump does appear to be defective. Died halfway through the bottle.

I like this soap, but my family of four seems to go through it in no time. The strong is pretty strong also.

This is an OK hand soap, especially easy to use on my 1 and 3 year olds. It does go more quickly than a regular liquid soap.
However the real problem is its pump. It goes out REALLY quickly. The first bottle I got was only good for about few dozen times' use, and then the pump never came up. I'm using the second bottle now, and now that the soap is almost up, it looks like the pump is getting ready to retire! I truly believe there is some defects about the pump.
