The pump sticks in the down position, so in order to dispense the soap I have to manually raise it and then pump it down. It's annoying. I don't know if I just got a bum one or if they are all like this, and now that I've used almost the whole bottle I don't know whether to buy another and risk this sticking thing again.

Sorry to mess up the high reviews, but just trying to keep it real.

Starting with the pluses...the smell is pretty amazing. Zingy, fresh scent...just what I was looking for. However, as great as a perfectly scented soap is, I buy soap mainly to cleanse, smelling nice is a plus. Unfortunately, it all goes downhill from here. Pump is awkwardly designed. Too short so bottle moves every time you "pump." Soap needs at least 3-4 pumps to have enough to cover both hands. As a result, product goes down very quickly. No "foaming" action at all. Foam all but disappears within a few seconds and slides off your hands so you have to act fast with the scrubbing.

Now for rinsing off. So much greasy residue from what felt like a very unsatisfactory cleaning earlier. Rinsing for longer won't help. This residue will stay until the next wash...which means more grease later.

I'm used to natural products, but they usually work at some minimal standard, if not perfectly up to par to the chemical originals. This one doesn't pass at all. My sister visited and asked me where the soap was when she came over. I told her the green bottle. She said, I know I tried it that's not the soap. Take what you will from her comment...

This is another attempt to try and reduce the chemicals I come into contact with each day. Nice to find a product that meets that need and still works as desired.

Just wanted to agree with the review about the pump. It's not that mine doesn't work, per se, but that I have to literally pull it back up to start position after using it. Annoying.

Pleasant smell, soap cleans well, but pump does not work. And it's not just a fluke... I ordered three in different scents and all the foaming dispensers don't pop back up after you press down, so you have to pull up on it after using. Got this for my kids b/c they love foaming soap, but it's impossible for them to use once the pump is depressed.

This is the first time I've purchased foaming liquid soap. I chose this brand because it's environmentally safe and does not contain toxic ingredients. The lemon-ginger scent is wonderful. But the foaming properties are disappointing. Why did I choose foaming liquid soap?I had tried our grandchildren's brand of foaming soap that had lots of foam and went a long way. Unfortunately, Kiss My Face brand did not compare. BTW, I ordered two of these. The pump on one arrived broken (a piece of plastic broke off) and Drugstore.com sent a replacement immediately, no questions asked.

This foamy handsoap is just the thing, and it smells great. I like that it doesn't have antibacterial properties.

It may sound strange, but I use this as a face soap. Iit works beautifully. I have oily skin and it washes all dirt and oil away. This probably would not be the best for dry skin, though. For me this works great and I love that it is all natural.

The only reason this stuff doesn't last long in our house is that everybody loves to use it! Two of my nieces really liked it... so much that they had a 'soap fight' and used up half the bottle! So I'm on here buying the refill size. I like it b/c it doesn't contain all the nasty chemicals most hand soaps have and it works great. The smell is nice-not too overpowering.
