The discontinued one also had pine oil ingredients, but much more pleasant smell. This one smells like terpentine. I couldn't wait for it to end. And, despite the large bottle, I did not get used to it, so unpleasant it is. I should have trusted to negative reviews. Never tried it in the bath, but I don't think it would make much of a difference. Pros Cons

I put it by the garage sink, for my husband to wash his hands with after working on his cars!  Pros

It has a lovely herbal smell, but I have to practically snort the bottle to experience it myself. Next, it doesnt lather at all, but I'd rather have a green product that doesn't lather verses one that uses harmful ingredients and lathers up like crazy. Actually this product is PERFECT for adding into a home-made sugar or salt scrub, because it doesn't foam and when it's massaged into the joint and muscles with a scrub, you get double the benefits. Other shower gels smell too chemical, and have the unnatural rich lather effect that people tend to associate with better cleansing. This product has none of those unpleasant qualities.
