Kotex has always provided comfort, absorbency, and reliability with their feminine care products. This remains the case with this product, the Maxi pads for medium protection.
For myself, on the super heavy days, I use the Kotex Overnight pads, but once I get to a point where my flow is much more predictable, the maxi pad with medium protection is my pad of choice. I do not like wings nor that synthetic weave that other brands have. I like the more natural feel of the kotex pad products - clean, cotton-like weave and excellent absorbency. I've tried the other pads when I didn't have access to a Kotex, and I've always been disappointed.
So if you are looking for something reliable for those medium flow days, this is a sure-bet.
