I have used Kotex products for years because they seem to work the best for me. Kotex overnight maxi pads are good for heavy days and overnight and they work good also for light to medium bladder leakage that occurs occassionally.

These are MUCH thicker than the prior model which were ultra thin. So they're ONLY good for night time use. I could wear the last style during the day as well.

This product is so much better than wearing diapers. I am a nurse. Over night pads are super. They keep you nice and clean. Prevent you from having any bladder or bowel accidents. Trust me on this one.

These work great for those heavy days. I can sleep through the night without having to worry about leakage. I also like that they are unscented. I wish they were thinner, but so far i haven't found a thin one that works as well.

So, I NEVER use overnight pads without wings but I got this in the mail. And tried it out. I was so nervous that I was going to have leakage, because normally when I wear pads with no wings they bunch up the middle of my panties and the sides are exposed, these bunched up but they protected my panties, they are super thick it was like wearing a mattress, but they are good if you like maxi's without wings, but I'll stick to the ultra thin with wings.
