Just began taking Kyolic tabs and found no significant differences in health. Truth will come out in next doctor's visit. Will continue to use product since it does no obvious harm.

I have been using this product for about three years. Usually I will take one when I feel a cold coming on and then several times a day after that. Sometimes it never shows up!! This is my first time recommending something so I have strong feelings about it. Take Care!
