I have consulted my physician about it and he told me it was more like a stool softener than a laxative, and he said there was no problem with drinking a cup of it every night. This is the only thing I have found that does not cramp my stomach. I drink it every night and my bowels move regularly every morning. This has been a prayer answered for me. I also, am forced to use a coffee filter, which leaks all over. Are the manufacturers using inferior paper? Drink plenty of room temp water afterward for immediately reaction within couple hours. Once your body adjust to the tea cut back to 1 bag per day. Pros

Comments about Laci Le Beau Super Dieter's Tea Bags, Original, 60 ea: I try to drink this every day, as I take several RX drugs that make me constipated. This is the only thing I can use that helps. It does take about 12 hours to kick in. I wish it was faster, more like 1-2 hours, so when I do forget after 3 days of "not going" it is immediate.
