This product contains Senna.  Read and follow directions carefully.  Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.  Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.  It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period.  Do not take more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.  Not for children under 12 years of age.  The color of tea may vary slightly due to the natural herbs.

Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes.  Do not over steep! Press tea bag and gently remove.  Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal (may be enjoyed hot or cold).  Three or four days later you may want to increase the strength and flavor of your tea-if you wish-by brewing with 6 oz. of water.
