I have suffered with lactose intolerance for most of my life, finally tried Lactaid. I now can eat whatever dairy product I want and not have to worry about having cramps or gas. I carry a few tablets with me at all times in case I need it.

I really wouldnt think of going without Lactaid. I dearly love ice cream and make sure I take one before eating it. If I dont, my tummy can give me fits. It is, to my way of thinking kind of expensive but it is well worth it.
