I was diagonosed with Lactose Intollerance and found I was in great discomfort if I consummed any dairly products. After discovering Lactase I can again eat dairy products and milk. I do not eat alot of dairy, but just before I put that cream in my coffee or have a serving of cheese I just have one Lactase tablet. I usually have 1 to 2 a day. These really work and have made a huge difference for me.

I chew 3 Lactaid ORIGINAL STRENGTH tablets before eating anything with dairy. I cant use the other Lactaid products...ONLY THE ORIGINAL STRENGTH. I cant thank you enough for carrying these. I can't find them in our local stores and I'd be in big trouble without them.

Container snap cap very difficult to open; have to use a screwdriver to open.

Product is a good choice n works well but beware of purchasing your product thru this company. They don't check the expiration dates on boxes so you can get one that could expire soon and they won't refund money! So only buy what you can use immediately! Not a good source for trying to save money by buying a couple of boxes since they will expire before you get to them. Then your out of the money!! BEWARE!!!

I thought I would purchase these instead of my normal vanilla chewable lactaid. Sometimes you don't want to chew a vanilla-flavored tablet if you're not going to follow it up with a dairy dessert like ice cream. I wanted a non-flavored version for when we were eating pizza or broccoli cheddar soup.

I also thought I would be getting a better deal. There were more tablets in this container for a smaller price. However, with the vanilla chewables, you just need 1 tablet and with these unflavored tablets, it requires 3 at a time! I found it inconvenient and prefer to take 1 tablet.
