Comments about Encre Noire by Lalique Eau de Toilette Spray 3.3oz, 1 ea:
I love it. It's dark, earthy, and smoky. The name in french means "black ink" which wouldn't be a bad description of how it smells. It smells inky and seedy. It's not a happy smell. I've received compliments on this, which surprised me, because about an hour in, all I smell is an animalistic note of body odor and wet wood. This is in my top five colognes. It instantly grew on me. I'm lucky I even discovered it. And it will remain in my collection until they discontinue it.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
