This diaper cream WORKS fast, is gentle, and it's lighter-weight than the creams with zinc oxide so I find it easier to clean. It disappears after you apply so no gummy mess on your baby next time you change the diaper. I've used this with both of my sons. The first one rarely needed it (few rashes) but the second one gets them more often and this clears them up in one or two applications. In every baby shower gift, I tuck in a tube each of this and Lansinoh's lanolin for breastfeeding moms, because I trust it and know it will work great for my friends.

This cream is what I carry in diaper bags, but I use the thicker Canus goat's milk cream at home as it's slightly heavier duty. This cream has no fragrance, goes on very smoothly, and is excellent for everyday protection of delicate skin. If your child has robust skin and is not prone to diaper rash, you could easily get by on this alone and rarely if ever see any redness or irritation.

My newborn son had a terrible diaper rash when I brought him home from the hospital. His pediatrician had given me a diaper rash cream with 40 percent zinc oxide, which is more concentrated than other creams. After almost a week I decided to use a sample of the Lansinoh diaper rash ointment. There was a 90 percent improvement just after the first application. I was very impressed. I've been using the Lansinoh diaper rash ointment ever since and he has had no more rashes. I recommend this product to all parents of infants. It really is amazing!

Easy to use, easy to remove, goes on smooth and dries clear. I have used this produce since my daughter was born. Every parent needs to use this product. ITS GREAT! My daughter has never had diaper rash!!! 1 TUBE LASTS A MONTH it does not take much for one application, about a dime size or less.
The only things I did not like was the ends of the tube have sharp corners I used a pair of scissors and barley clipped rounded corners so not to scratch baby, and when you get to the end of the tube it's hard to get all of the product to come out to be able to use all of it. This product is a must for all parents. It does not contain perfumes and is hypo allergenic. I even used it on my newborn. I would recommend to everyone!

If you know Lansinoh products then you will not be disappointed. It's just as messy as any other diaper rash cream, and yes a bit pricey, but worth it to save that little bottom some pain/redness. My daughter has had diaper rash from almost the day she was born and this works just as well as the stuff the dr. prescribed. Love, love, love!

I bought this because lanolin is one of the best barriers for a baby's bottom. It provides great protection but I'm not sure how effective it is for diaper rashes as we have yet to see one, knock on wood.

It's a bit pricey but the feel of this cream is much nicer than A&D and other zinc oxide based creams/ointments/salves.

i have got this in a little sample that came in with my nursing pads and i had to try to use becasue i am completely in love with the nursing pads...and i fell in love too. wonderful. the texture is pretty white but when you apply it on the skin it does turn to be like clear and smooth. and in a few hours the rash was muuuuuch less and was NOT red at all. and then i just use the tresatment almost every other time i change my baby's diaper :-) that is how much i love it.
