I have always used Lansinoh, since I had my first baby. I took its great features for granted until I bought another brand, Nuk, to save a couple of bucks. Lansinoh pads have sticky spots so they stay in place. They are also very absorbent, can take 2+ oz of liquid, so there is no worry for leakage or embarrasement. When you are sleeping and want to feed your baby laying on your side, the pad will catch the dripping from your non-feeding breast. It's individually wrapped to keep each pad clean. Nuk doesn't have any of these features. It's non-stick so the pad is loose, moves around in the bra, and drops. If you are on your side, the milk runs down as the Nuk pad doesn't catch the liquid quickly and doesn't absorb even 1/5 of the amount Lansinoh can. It's so thin. And there is no wrapping. It's definitely worth the extra $3 to $5 to get the Lansinoh pads, since your money goes wasted anyways if you choose the other pads. I will never even bother to try another product again.

I received these as a shower gift and I am not happy with them at all. The pads bunch up under my bra and leave my breasts looking wrinkled and odd. I wouldn't dare try to wear a fitted shirt. I have tried using them with and without the adhesive strip, but I have had no luck. I am saving them to wear at night when I don't need to worry about my appearance. One plus is that I haven't had a problem with leaks.

I've tried other pads and these are by far my favorite. They don't leak unless they're REALLY full. They have two sticky pads on the outside to help hold them in place and they're breathable.

I breastfed my first child for 13 months and am currently breastfeeding my second child who is 3 months old. I experimented with a lot of different pads and none were as absorbent as these. Some were so thin the milk would roll off, others were so thick and bulky. These are perfect...a little bit pricey than others but you get what you pay for!

contoured version works fine but seems to shift a lot for me. i prefer the old version where it's just a flat circle that conformed to the shape of my breasts. oh well, what're you gonna do.

This is an excellent product. They are as good as the Ultra Soft kind; I'm really happy with them. They're very comfortable and super soft--of course. I don't think I need to buy the Ultra Soft any more. I'll stick with this one instead. Love it!

These are my favorite nursing pads because they are thin and don't show through clothing. I have tried the Avent and Johnson pads as well, which were good, but they were much more bulky. Also, I don't mind that these pads are individually wrapped, it keeps them clean when I put them in my purse or diaper bag.

I love these pads!! I have tried two or three different kinds and nothing compares to the protection these ones give. There have been several times I wake up in the middle of the night with my nursing bra and shirt soaking wet from other pads that didn't give much protection at all. These pads are completely different. They absorb like a baby's diaper and keep you and your clothes dry!! They are also very discrete so when you wear tighter shirts you can't see a pad line. I LOVE these pads and would recommend them to any mother that has a hard time with leaking.

I love these breast pads. I was using washable but had to stop due to thrush. These wick away moisture well and keep my nipples dry. I go through them pretty quickly [...]. Great deal!

The Johnson's product is WORLDS better! The individual wrapping here is a hassle, and the pads themselves are thin. Plus, the two adhesives per pad is unnecessary and another hassle. Overall, the wrapping and adhesives are a waste of plastic and completely misguided. Do yourselves a favor and get the Johnson's.
