I have always used Lansinoh, since I had my first baby. I took its great features for granted until I bought another brand, Nuk, to save a couple of bucks. Lansinoh pads have sticky spots so they stay in place. They are also very absorbent, can take 2+ oz of liquid, so there is no worry for leakage or embarrasement. When you are sleeping and want to feed your baby laying on your side, the pad will catch the dripping from your non-feeding breast. It's individually wrapped to keep each pad clean. Nuk doesn't have any of these features. It's non-stick so the pad is loose, moves around in the bra, and drops. If you are on your side, the milk runs down as the Nuk pad doesn't catch the liquid quickly and doesn't absorb even 1/5 of the amount Lansinoh can. It's so thin. And there is no wrapping. It's definitely worth the extra $3 to $5 to get the Lansinoh pads, since your money goes wasted anyways if you choose the other pads. I will never even bother to try another product again.

I received these as a shower gift and I am not happy with them at all. The pads bunch up under my bra and leave my breasts looking wrinkled and odd. I wouldn't dare try to wear a fitted shirt. I have tried using them with and without the adhesive strip, but I have had no luck. I am saving them to wear at night when I don't need to worry about my appearance. One plus is that I haven't had a problem with leaks.

I found these breast pads to work very well. They stick on well, although sometimes they do fold over. They don't show through my bra so no one can tell I'm wearing them. Overall very satisfied.

I have tried at least 5 different brands of breast pad. This is seriously the best. Not the cheapest but the extra is worth it.

prevents leaks like intended, quite absorbent for such a thin pad, too much unnecessary packaging for my taste (each pad has its own packaging), very soft fabric.

At first, I was using the Ultra Soft Nursing Pads by Lansinoh, however, after seeing how many I was going through, these were the best pads for the money. Love them. I wish I got a case for my baby shower!

As a breast cancer survivor we are told to use gauze either with just recovery or recovery and reconstruction. Unless you find the perfect gauze, I just was in pain, for I did opt for reconstruction.

I was in a store one day and a women heard and could tell I was in pain, she said "I know this may sound a little odd, but if you use these pads, they are amazing"
I first thought she was off her rocker and it hurt because I was only 32, though I figured why not try them. They were so much better and I loved them for they saved me many times as I recovered.

I've tried many different brands of pads. So far these are the best. They are light weight, breathable and effective. My two complaints are that they come individually wrapped in plastic which is not necessary and that they are costly.
