I also can't attest to the lash growing benefit because the line isn't my style. However, I've never been much of a liquid liner fan because I'm not good at making a smooth line...with this product, I was actually able to get a pretty, smooth and straight line. I may use it again. But I definitely won't use it every day as it's just not my style. I prefer a pencil and a little smudging. I also didn't care for the texture which was a little too...what's the word? Thick? I could have picked it off with a fingernail. As for being runny...I just wiped off the excess on the edge of the opening and had no problems with dripping.

This eyeliner goes on smoothly and seems to work well as a liquid eyeliner- but unless you use liquid eyeliner daily I would stick to using it when you go out or want your eyes to look very dark.

I also noticed that it was a little runny - most times when I used it I got some in my eyes. But then again I may just not know how to use liquid eyeliner very well!

The color is great, and this line seems to have quality products!

I like the way it is easy to apply and gives nice effect to your eyes, but the only thing I don't like is it is hard to remove.

I didn't try this long enough to see any results. In fact, I tried it twice and gave up. I wear liquid eyeliner all the time, but this was really difficult to apply and get a nice line. It didn't smudge or fade, but it was also nearly impossible to remove with my normal eye makeup remover. I had to scrub at my eyelids to get it off.
The texture was odd too--kind of make a plasticky film on my skin. Overall, I didn't have a good experience.
Also, if you want to avoid products with parabens (known carcinogens), skip this stuff.

I'm not sure how effective this is as a lash conditioner as I was unable to keep using this product. The thin brush makes it very hard to apply the liner and I would find the liquid going all over the place rather than on my eye line. Once I finally did get it applied correctly, it did not last very long at all. After about an hour it had dried up and gone flakey - didn't look very good so I discontinued use.

I can't really speak to its lash-conditioning effects because I'll only be using it the one time. It's very, VERY runny. It dripped past my lashes and right into my eyes and caused a mess. I use liquid eyeliner every day, so it's not like I'm a novice at this. I wouldn't recommend.
