Make your espresso decaffeinated by filter, drip or with any kind of espresso machine. You'll make excellent coffee every time. To use a filter or drip method, measure 1 tablespoon per 6 ounces (3/4) cup of water. Adjust the amount of coffee to suit your taste. When using a three-part moka espresso maker, add water to the boiler portion which is the bottom unit of the moka coffee maker, add filter basket, fill with coffee and then follow the manufacturer's directions. With all methods, always use cold water and clean coffee maker. Never allow coffee to boil. To preserve the freshness of Lavassa Espresso Decaffeinated, always refrigerate after opening.
