Surprised to see the negative review. I am using Brilliant Due to top off my Shellac nails. When my brittle nails snag and I have to file them a bit, the end seal is broken. This product reseals and has the same high gloss as Shellac. I can go as long as 3 weeks between manicures. LOVE IT! I have not tried it over regular polish, but I'm sure it would extend the wear with that as well. Yes, it's thick, much like a gel, but doesn't need a UV/LED light to cure. Worth the price.

This product is extremely thick and it dried out very quickly. Good concept but the product did not deliver. Before the day was over my polished was chipped. I wish i was able to give it zero stars.
