Always research the ingredients before you take anything like this.. Slippery elm extract and Black Cohosh are the main ones to look out for in this. They can cause liver damage, blood clots, and miscarriage. Luckily I am not pregnant but it gave me my period and I am not even close to being due! It obviously has some weird effect on the uterus. Creepy. Besides the obvious cons, I didn't feel any better or "detoxified," I just felt and still feel exhausted. Only used two bottles then returned it. Stay away

Lichi is a great mild detox, I find it best used after too much overindulging, a good way to start a juice detox. I would prefer to buy this product in bulk.
