Please note that although this products lists the quantity at 240, the dose is only half of that in the 120 quantity container. The capsules are half the size and half the strength of those in the 120 container. Thus you need twice the number of pills to meet the dosage recommendation. Unless you just enjoy taking lots of fish oil pills, don't buy this product in this quantity.

I decided to start taking Omega-3 DHA after speaking with a Dr. friend of mine who reccomended it. I saw an episode of Dr. Oz where he spoke on the many benfits of it and proceeded to do a lot of reseach. I decided on this brand after going through Consumer Lab reports and noticing this is one of the top 3 products they tested. Although the pills are on the large size they are not difficult to swallow and do not repeat on me. Overall I love it.
