Just the backpack itself is worth the purchase price. Very light and portable bag and its even waterproof, which is great for avid bikers like myself. The included glow stick is great in emergency situations as it doubles as a flashlight and whistle. The first aid kit was just as promised with band-aids, cleansing pads, etc. I am blown away that all of these features are included at such a low price. This is a great purchase for home or outdoor use.
