My son decided he didn't want to drink milk anymore after we took away his soft top cup (wouldn't drink it again even after we gave it back). He didn't want yogurt either so I searched for something I could give him to get him calcium. These are actually quite good...only drawback is that they stick in the back teeth. He now drinks milk again and with the milk in his cereal, he gets more calcium, but this is still a good supplement.

My 5 year old decided he didn't like milk anymore at around 2 years old. Although I could get him to drink it with his cereal, he didn't want anything to do with it in a glass. I have been using these since. Now, thankfully, he has rediscovered milk. My only complaint is that all these kinds of gummies get stuck in their teeth...so I give them their gummy supplements (Omega 3 and Veggie supps for my younger one) and then brush their teeth after.

These things are seriously delicious. Ridiculous. I take them myself, usually 2 or 3 a day whenever I feel like it (not all at once). They're like candy, I am not kidding!! I have to rope myself in from eating the whole bottle.
According to the label, each bear provides only 10% RDA of calcium. (The serving size is two bears). And yet, since I've been taking them, I've noticed that my fingernails have gotten stronger and healthier looking, which is a good sign. Maybe they're just really easily absorbed, or maybe it's just that they were just the right boost for me, I don't know.
