I take two of these everyday when I wake up. They are wonderful. They are very easy to chew, and taste wonderful. If you put them in the fridge, they do not stick together, and the very slight vitamin flavor is barely noticeable because of the coldness.

I had a severe deficiency of my B vitamins, and because I am unable to take the "standard" 3000% DV of vitamins that are in EVERYTHING these days, I could not fix my deficiency. I am very sensitive to metals, and most vitamins these days have way more metal than is necessary. The sugars in the vitamins help, as I've found I am not craving sugar as often as before. I can also think again, and it was nearly impossible to do before.

These vitamins are wonderful. It only took around one week to stop feeling ill/very strange when I took them- and that was not as strong as with "adult" vitamins. The low dosage is wonderful and leaves room for my body to actually USE the nutrients. There is a very low risk of overdose with these (as long as you use the PROPER dosage).

They are wonderful for someone who is lactose intolerant, or allergic to milk and dyes, like myself.

They are absorbed very fast, and I recommend that you at least eat something small with them, or you will feel like I do when I'm sleep deprived and loaded on caffeine- not a pleasant feeling at all.

I am in my 20's and I have a neurological condition that makes my body VERY sensitive to literally everything out there. So I have some advice- if you are very sensitive as well, try starting out with one vitamin a day for about a week, then go up to the two. It made such a drastic difference to my body that I'm dealing with some of the issues from the massive changes.
