I am a 25 year old that finds grown up vitamins too strong (they sometimes upset my stomach) and I love these because they are gentle, effective and taste just great. Since I started taking them daily my immune system has gotten so strong that I barely get sick, not even when my roommate has the flu. This, I would say, is the best benefit a vitamin supplement can give me. I just wish they were a little less expensive, but even with the price tag I'll keep buying this ones.

Our two-year-old daughter loves taking these every day - and who wouldn't? They aren't a really sweet gummy, which I appreciate, and they don't contain iron, which means they aren't an overdose risk, although they do have a safety lid. We know she gets her iron from other sources (she tests fine for it each year), so I don't care that the vitamin doesn't have that. This also means it is very easy on her stomach.
As a dietary supplement, parents may give each child up to two (2) L'il Critters Gummy Vites® per day. Instruct the child to chew each gummy bear carefully and thoroughly. This product may settle during shipping. Store at room temperature. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. Natural colors will darken over time. This does not alter the potency of the product.
