They aren't a really sweet gummy, which I appreciate, and they don't contain iron, which means they aren't an overdose risk, although they do have a safety lid. We know she gets her iron from other sources (she tests fine for it each year), so I don't care that the vitamin doesn't have that. This also means it is very easy on her stomach. Pros
