I read online that Omega 3 supplements help to calm ADHD children. Buy 5 year old was having such a hard time sitting still in Kindergarten. I was to the point of having him medicated until I found these. He LOVES them. I don't know if it just in his head that his vitamins help him calm down or if they really do. All I know is it's been 4 months and we went from having a bad report from the teacher EVERY DAY to maybe once or twice a month. We never let the bottle get empty and believe I can tell if we forget to take them in the morning because he is off the wall hyper. I believe they have helped my son with his ADHD.

My 5 and 3 yr old have been taking these gummies for a couple of yrs now. They are the only omega gummies they will take because they love the taste! I would recommend these to anybody.

I started my 2 yr old on these about a month ago and she loves them, no problem getting her to take them, as a matter of fact if I forget to give them to her she will tug at my shirt and point to the cabinet where I keep them while rubbing her tummy saying "yummy mommy". I think I will start taking these as well as soon as I finish off my bottle of fish oil, the lil critters are a whole lot more pleasant to take

My 3 year old is not allowed to eat sweets, candies or jellies sold commercially. This gummy is like a mini treat for him, he thought he had a gummy and i am happy he ingested fish oil ;)

My son loves taking his vitamins thanks to this great package it comes in. First thing in the morning he comes running to "remind" me he has to get his vitamins! he loves the taste. & i'm happy there is no fuss.

My daughter is not a picky eater and she ate these for a while but now doesn't seem to like them i tried them myself and they are TOO sour, sugar coating beyond the need.
