I was to the point of having him medicated until I found these. He LOVES them. I don't know if it just in his head that his vitamins help him calm down or if they really do. All I know is it's been 4 months and we went from having a bad report from the teacher EVERY DAY to maybe once or twice a month. We never let the bottle get empty and believe I can tell if we forget to take them in the morning because he is off the wall hyper. I believe they have helped my son with his ADHD. I think I will start taking these as well as soon as I finish off my bottle of fish oil, the lil critters are a whole lot more pleasant to take Pros
