This item was thrown into a box and by the time it reached me, it looked like someone had bought it from a yard sale, it looked used, some of the rubber pieces crumbled in my hand, not only was I embarrased when I looked at it with my son (I ordered for his son for Christmas), after going through act of Congress I was able to talk to someone who said to return it, my thing is why should I have to pay to return a defected item that I bought. This is wrong and I will never purchase from you again!!
