These still CAN leak as they get older, and are pricey. However, after 3 babies, I know these are the only nursing pads out there that don't show as visible circles on my chest.

These are the best of for a breastfeeding mom! They don't leave circle marks on your shirts like traditional breast pads.

Comments about Lily Padz Nursing Pads, 1 ea:

I thought these pads were fabulous! I had a very full milk supply and leaked constantly - I lived with breast pads in 24 hours a day for at least a year. When I discovered these, I bought them to wear specifically under a dress I was wearing to a wedding that could not be worn with a bra - and they did the job beautifully. They were easy to apply, did not show through the dress, and I could not feel them on. Once I wore them to the wedding, I started to wear them more and more regularly until they were essentially the only pads I used during the day. They allowed me to swim and to wear form-fitting tee-shirts and dresses without having the tell-tale sign of a breast pad silhouette showing through my top - perfect for summer! I only bought one pair, washed them every night so they could dry over night - they lasted a long time (six months) before finally losing their stickiness. I did not replace them because I had started weaning and did not need pads anymore.

The only downside was what another reviewer mentioned - they did not always stop the flow of milk (especially while feeding with one breast and let-down happened on the other!) and they would simply collect the milk. In this case, it can get pretty messy when you remove the pad as the milk spills everywhere. I never really figured out a solution for that, but most of my feeding by that point was only morning and night (i.e., not in public!). However, I think that they are worth the money, are better for the environment and allow you to wear whatever you want! Overall, I think they are fabulous.

Thought I found something great, but NOT!
I'd say, don't waste your money. But some people might think it works great. Unfortunately, I would not buy it again or recommend to anyone.

Comments about Lily Padz Nursing Pads, 1 ea:

I love this product. I used them with my first child when we went to Hawaii when he was 3 months. I have a very big milk supply and so leaking was occasionally an issue and I really wanted to be able to wear a swimsuit and lay out in the sun and swim. For this reason I purchased these and they worked perfectly. Did not show under my swimsuit at all, great for swimming. GIven these were 2-3 hour time spans so I can't vouch for if they work all day everyday but I also used them on occasion when going out in the evening and wearing a "clingy" shirt so that nursing pads would not be apparent and these fit smoothly against your skin. The downside is of course the price and although you can clean them and use them again I kind of think they would not last too long before you would want to replace them.

I LOVE these!! Discovered them when I had my 4-yr old and I came back to get more to use with my twins. Two sets lasted me the entire 12 months that I nursed the first time. Good to rotate the pairs so that they have a chance to dry after washing (just wash with your shower gel when you take a shower). Never had a problem with leaks. Thin & discreet, LOVE that they can be worn with a swimsuit and that they stay in place. Negatives? Maybe a little expensive for what they are, but you'd pay a lot more for disposables in a year, so it works out.

At first I thought they were the greatest. They went on easily and stayed put but they leaked DAILY! They are supposed to last up to 2 months. I followed the directions and after not even 2 weeks they stopped sticking! Save your money.

Comments about Lily Padz Nursing Pads, 1 ea:

When I first put these on I thought they were a lifesaver. I am a heavy milk producer and leak out in between feedings. The cotton pads I used always get soaked and chap my nipples. However, the Lily Pads did not keep the milk from coming out of my breasts. They collected all the milk so that when it was time to nurse, I had milk pouring out when I removed the pads. Very messy and embarrassing in public especially.
