maybe i got a bad batch but i really couldn't drink this tea. i'm a super cheapskate and never ever throw stuff out. i was just about to compost the tea when my boyfriend said he'd take the stuff to work where apparently they have even worse tea! the tea barely tasted or smelled like mint. there was a vaguely fruity watery aroma but otherwise it was like hot water with old fruit in it maybe. i like the box and it was cheap but i'll stick with my fancier varieties.
I drink tea a lot, and at night it's always caffeine free/herbal tea. This melon citrus tea tastes very pleasant, smooth and unusual. I can taste melon and citrus, but it's not overwhelming. I had no idea Lipton even makes such unusual variety!
For hot tea: Pour boiling water over a tea bag and brew 4 to 6 minutes or to desired strength. For refreshing iced tea: Brew as above and chill or add ice.
