I typically have to visit the dentist every 3 months since I build up plaque quite a bit. This is honestly the first mouthwash I have used that has significantly cut down on the amount of tartar and plaque buildup in my mouth---to the point that my hygenist has remarked that she has noticed a difference! More so even than using Cool Mint Listerine or original Listerine. When I first starting using it a year ago, it did sting quite a bit and it was a struggle to get through 30 seconds. However keeping it up twice a day and using it with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda toothpaste has kept my teeth white and my mouth clean. Dental appts are no longer stressful and I'm in and out of the dental chair in no time versus having to sit for a longer cleaning due to plaque buildup. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Because I suffer from gingivitus, when I first used this, it really stung my gums. I had tears in my eyes and it seemed so strong. But, after using it daily (morning and evening) for a week, I have no problems using it at all. It seems like it's hardly tingling anymore. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and my gums feel much better. They're not so sensitive to hot and cold also.

The flavor isn't as strong as the regular Listerine. It's refreshing.
This is my favorite flavor in Listerine.

After brushing with toothpaste and flushing with WaterPik, I use Listerine to brush again. Really helps exercise gums and retard plaque build-up. But watch the price! Buy only on sale, regular price here is much more than regular price in big box stores.

I have gone through buckets of mouthwash since I first got my braces. As an adult, I'm all about taking good care of the thousands of dollar's worth of orthodenture in my mouth. And Listerine is my good friend. I particularly like this flavor. It helps wash away any bits sticking to my grill and really freshens the whole rig.

Great product. I use it for several months now after every meal (if I can). I like the strong taste and it leave mouth feel clean and refreshed. Highly recommend.
