My dentist recommended this by name.

I thought it tasted nasty at first, but strangely enough, once I got used to it, it tastes fine and other toothpastes taste nasty instead. I believe if you're worried about taste, you're probably going to have few teeth left when you're old.

Anyway, my dental condition has improved drastically since I started using this toothpaste, Listerine ANTISEPTIC mouthwash, and Reach WOVEN dental floss.

Recommended several years ago by a Dental Hygienist. I had issues with tartar for a while, since using Listerine W/tartar control, I have not had a problem.

Like others have said, it's getting harder to find it at traditional drugstores. I hope it never gets discontinued.

Great Product! Use immediately after flossing, and you'll feel like you just came from the dentist. I alternate with Rembrandt for the whitening.

I use Listerine Essential Care 1-2 times daily. I used to get swollen gums and this toothpaste is the only product I have found that cleans teeth AND kills germs effectively. It is very hard to find in markets and drugstores, so I order 6 at a time from drugstore.com. The flavor is quite powerful if you are not familiar with a Listerine product.

Started using this toothpaste 4 yrs. ago. Every time I brush my teeth with this Listerine toothpaste, It feels like I just went to the dentist. I have a tarter problem and this toothpaste cleans my teeth at the gum lines and in between my teeth. Has a great mint taste too. I can't find it in the stores anymore. Our local drugstores don't carry it so I have to buy it through drugstore.com. It is pricer than other toothpaste but it's well worth it for how clean your teeth feel after brushing with the Listerine toothpaste.

The local stores don't carry this anymore and I've been using other stuff for over a year - much to my dismay. I am very pleased to order 6 tubes today. If you want the very best toothpaste in the USA, this is it - bar none.

your mouth will feel "squeekly"clean after using this product. not quite like using listerine mouthwash by itself but close. i also like it because it doesn't get as foamy as other toothpastes - it is easier to rinse out of your mouth & down the drain.

I've been using Listerine Gel Toothpaste for a few years. I alternate with Crest because I trust Crest for cavity prevention and because the Listerine is rather strong. But the Listerine toothpaste gives my teeth that feeling like I just had my teeth cleaned at the dentist's office, so it is worth it. I prefer the gel over the paste because my teeth feel cleaner. When I do go in for my dental check ups, the hygienist does not have to do much to clean my teeth. Before Listerine toothpaste, I always had stains on my teeth, but not anymore.
